Help topics/Forum

It may be helpful to provide users with some help topics besides the typical FAQ that comes with the phpbb system. Site specific help like the "rules of the road" as far as posting and what not (no nudity, no profanity, etc.). I'm not sure what your rules are if you have any. Or maybe just a forum where people could specifically go to ask for help with stuff? Just a thought...

yeah, I'm kinda iffy on the issue of what kind of cars you expect to have here, which is why I haven't put my Subaru in the gallery yet....
Sort of an introduction or Mission statement would be cool.
Or maybe I'm being a total n00b and couldn't find an existing one?
